The Land of Stories: The Enchantress Returns

    The second book of this series is known as "The Land of Stories: The Enchantress Returns". After Alex and Conner's wild adventure they finally must say their goodbyes and return home, but after their adventure, home doesn't feel quite like it used to. This is because the home they once knew isn't their home anymore. They find out that they are now moving in with their new rich stepfather, who isn't as evil as all fairytales portray. Having to accustom to a new home isn't even the most difficult part. The most difficult part is when they hear that the fairytale world that they love is no longer that loving place, all because the Enchantress returned. That same enchantress that once put a whole kingdom under a sleeping spell is back and seeking vengeance. Many kings and queens have been kidnapped, along with the twins' mother, and threatened to be assassinated unless someone comes to their saving. Alex and Conner set on the journey along with a criminal, a giant's killer, and one of the most detestable queens to save them. They will venture through many places searching for a way to save not just the fairytale world but their own home. The only way to save it is by using the most dangerous weapon: exposing the Enchantress's insecurities.

    Hello. This story sounds very interesting. I love how it has elements from the real world such as the stepfather and elements from a fantasy world such as the enchantress. I also like how the main characters are normal human beings. It makes for a more relatable story and you feel like you can see yourself as one of these characters.
